The aim of the course is to graduate FWIC that have in depth knowledge of their specific weapon systems, as well as a firm grasp of other weapons systems and tactics employed globally. Each FWC graduate will be

immediately capable of undertaking instructional duties as weapons and tactical leadership instructors, and is expected to be used as an expert in tactics, development, and standards.

Success in delivering high quality training to the TNI-AU Su27/30 and Hawk Force in Air-to-Air (A-A) tactics and employment is something we are proud to build on in co-operation with our valued Indonesian training partner.

There are 2 type of training, Combat SAR and Night Combat. The overall aim of the course is to provide the knowledge and experience in relation to military or civil NVG operations, their associated equipment, cockpit lighting and  compatibility issues. The course content is tailored to the specific customer’s requirements. Flight crews are given practical exposure to improve their awareness of the safety hazards associated with NVG operations.

The Training is flexible within reason and can adapt training deliverables to satisfy customer requirements after consultation and mutual agreement. This  Training will provide all the required training material (lectures, notes, briefings, etc) and will provide and support qualified, experienced and competent personnel to present the required training to the level of agreed standards.
